Abstract
In order to mitigate power fluctuation caused by grid-connected photonic volts ( PV) and traditional loads, the organized charging/discharging strategy for electric vehicles is proposed in this paper as a measurement to smooth the net load power curve fluctuation in power systems.The driving behavior and charging/discharging characteristics of electric vehicles is analyzed.The avail-able remainder capacity of batteries related to random driving behaviors is introduced as the rapid response load to participate in smoothing fluctuation of loads and PVs.And an organized charging/discharge scenario is constructed.The case study shows that the proposed method can effectively stabilize net load curve and improve power system consumption to PVs.关键词
