Abstract
Rabies is an acute infectious disease caused by the rabies virus which can infect both humans and animals.Once the clinical symptom has appeared,the mortalty rate of this disease is 100%,without any treatment measures.There are two kinds of rabies.When it comes to the manic type of rabies, which accounts for 80%,symptoms wil include the irritability、the fear of light、the spasm of throat and so on.,While the paralytic type of rabies wil be the disable of body.The lat er just accounts for 20%and the incipient symptoms are diverse,so it is extremely easy to misdiagnose.There are a few points in the three cases of misdiagnosis refered in our paper.For one thing, people fails to pay at ention to the possibility of infecting rabies when they are bited by the domestic animals.For another,the incubation period is so long that the people in our two cases have just forgot en they were once bited by the dog.Final y,another contributing factor is that the early symptoms are so dif erent and lack of typical symptoms.Taking al these into account,on one hand,rasing awareness of the disease and inquiring the medical history in detail can help us reduce the possibility of misdiagnose.On the other hand,enhancing people,s awareness、treating the wound in time and receving the rabies vaccines according to the procedure are the key to prevent the occurrence of this disease.关键词
