Abstract
Objective To discuss clinical ef ect of acupuncture and manipulation combined with vinegar thermotherapy for the treatment of cervical spondylosis. Methods A total of 153 patients with cervical spondylopathy were divided into treatment group and control group based on comparability. The treatment group received electro-acupuncture, manipulation, vinegar thermotherapy and Xiangdan injection. The control group received conventional cervical traction , and Xiangdan injection. The treatment time is 2 weeks and was fol owed up for 1 month. Results There was statistical y significant ef ect on disability index before and after treatment in the same group (P<0.05).There was statistical y ef ect on scale of cervical pain questionnaire before and after treatment in the same group (P<0.05). There was also statistical y ef ect on questionnaire scale of PRI,VAS and PPI between the treatment and control groups (P<0.05). The toal ef ective rate and recovery rate of treatment group was bet er than control therapy(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture and manipulation combined with vinegar thermotherapy can ef ectively relieve pain and functional disorder so as to increase clinical cure rate.关键词
