摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the ef ect of application of high quality nursing service mode in obstetrics and gynecology nursing in 2011 February to 2012 . Methods from February maternal implementation of high quality nursing services, maternal and choose another implementation of high quality nursing service before 1 years were compared before and after implementation of the doctor, patient satisfaction and patient recovery.Results the implementation of high quality nursing service, the condition of the patients improved obviously, the overal satisfaction of patients was 95.2%, the doctor for the implementation of 98.1%. before the patient satisfaction was 85.1%, the doctor after the implementation of 90.1%. satisfaction was significantly higher than before . Conclusion through the implementation of high quality nursing service mode can ef ectively improve the quality of nursing care to reduce the incidence of complications, improve the satisfaction.关键词
