Abstract
Objective Discuss the curative ef ect on Cortisomol Permanent Sealing Cement in root canal therapy.Methods Choosed the 176 patients of pulp disease in Central Hospital of Shanghai Changning District from January 2009 to December 2010, amounting to 205 teeth, and divided the patients into experimental group and control group randomly.The experimental group fil ed the root canals with the Cortisomol Permanent Sealing Cement,and the other fil ed with the zinc oxide eugenol paste. Results The incidence of pain from the experimental group is15.7%, and the treatment success rate is 87.0%; the incidence of pain from the control group is26.8%, and the treatment success rate is 76.2%. The distance between the two groups had the statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Cortisomol ermanent Sealing Cement is applicable to the therapy of pulp disease.关键词
