摘要
Abstract
Objective To assess the clinical ef icacy and safety of PTAS in the treatment of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods The clinical data of 25 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease which was induced by PTAS in our hospital from Aug 2010 to Aug 2012 were analyzed retrospectively.The clinical ef icacy and safety of PTAS were observed and recorded for each case.Results Stenting was successful in 18 cases.Failed in 2 cases because of the tortuous path of the artery. Hematoma at puncture position occurred in 3 cases, pseudoaneurysm occurred in 2 cases,the symptoms disappear after the timely and ef ective treatment. Conclusion PTAS in treating ischemic cerebrovascular disease is a safe and ef ective method to control the clinical symptoms of cerebral ischemia in patients,however,we should notice to reduce complications related to PTAS.关键词
