Abstract
Objective An assay method was established for the determination of Chlorogenic acid in Lianhuaqingwen Capsule by HPLC. Methods The chromatographic colum was Agilent C18(250mm×4.6mm, 5μm).A mixture of acetonitrile-water(0.4%phosphoric acid)(13∶87) was used as the mobile phase,the detection wavelength was at 327nm and the flow rate was 1.0ml·min-1. Results The calibration curve was showed good linearity within the range of 0.1648~2.472μg r=0.9999, the average recovery was 99.21%, RSD=0.6%. Conclusion The method is accurate, simple and reproducible, and can be used to control the quality of this preparation.关键词
