摘要
Abstract
This paper summarizes one case on nursing care for total gastrectomy after cancerous polyp of low rectal. Although such case is relatively rare in clinic,the elaborate nursing guarantees success for the operation. The nursing care includes preoperative care:mental nursing,pre operation direction and skin care;and the postoperative care:observing vital signs,nursing for incision,nasal tube,abdominal cavity drainage tube and diet,and nursing intervention.关键词
