摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical ef ect of ventriculoperitoneal shunt in treatment of hydrocephalus. Methods A retrospective analysis about clinical data of 72 cases of hydrocephalus in our hospital was operated, al patients were taken ventriculoperitoneal shunt treatment, observed the clinical ef ect, and postoperative complications. Results After treatment, in the 72 patients of hydrocephalus, ef ective in 44 cases, improved in 15 cases, invalid in 13 cases, the total ef ective rate was 81.9%. 4 cases occurred drainage tube obstruction, 2 cases occurred intracranial infection, 1 cases occurred subcutaneous tunnel infection, 1 cases occurred abdominal cavity infection, postoperative complication rate was 11.1%. Conclusion Taking ventriculoperitoneal shunt in treatment of hydrocephalus has good clinical ef ect, should be regulate the operation strictly, in order to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.关键词
