糖脉康颗粒与甲钴胺联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察OA
Effect Observation on Tangmaikang Combined with Mecobalamin in Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy
目的观察糖脉康颗粒联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的疗效。方法将70例 DPN患者随机分成两组，对照组给予甲钴胺片500μg 口服，3次/d，连用3个月；治疗组在对照组的基础上给予糖脉康颗粒5g 口服,3次/d，连用3个月。结果治疗组总有效率达85.7％，明显高于对照组的62.9％（P＜0.01），治疗后神经传导速度有一定程度的改善，与对照组比较具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论糖脉康与甲钴胺联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变安全有效。
Objective To observe the ef ect of Tangmaikang Combined with Mecobalamin tablete in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) . Methods 70 cases with DPN were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was received Mecobalamin take 500μg,tid, for 3 months.
