Abstract
Objective To evaluate the image characteristics of cerebral venous sinus and cerebral deep venous thrombosis . Methods CT and MRI images in 30 patients were retrospective analyzed. CT&MRI plain scan,enhanced scan and magnetic resonance cerebral venous imaging were performed in 30 cases. Results The lesions were located on superior sagit al sinus 13 cases , transverse sinus with 7 cases, sigmoid sinus with 5 cases, straight sinus with 3 cases, deep vein with 6 cases. 12 patients with CVST CT plain scan can show the sinus area strip and sheet of high-density lesions, accounting for 40%. Flow void ef ect disappeared in 30 patients with CVST by MRI examinations , and the venous sinus displayed varying degrees thrombosis signal. MRV examination showed sinus and deep venous fil ing defect and signal interrupt in 30 cases, and visible expansion of medul ary veins in 6 cases of deep vein thrombosis. Conclusion Brain venous sinus and deep venous thrombosis have some specific image characteristics and MRI ,especial y for MRV could make early detection and early diagnosis.关键词
