摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the changes of the peripheral blood cel s number in malaria patients and the value in clinical diagnosis of malaria. Methods To retrospective analysis the result of blood cel s analysis with 68 cases of malaria patients who diagnosed in our hospital from 2007 to 2011. Result Significantly reduce in the peripheral blood of malaria patients with WBC, RBC, Hb, Plt, Especial y Plt reduce was the most conspicuous. The difference was significant compared with the healthy cases and had statistical significance.(P<0.01) Conclusion The number of WBC, RBC, Hb, Plt were reduced in blood routine test of the patients with fever, especially Plt reduced the most obvious, should carefully check blood smear of plasmodium to avoid missed diagnosis.关键词
