刮治术治疗下颌骨造釉细胞瘤45例临床分析

Abstract
Objectives: To investigate the recurrence factor after marsupialization in mandibular ameloblastoma. Methods: Retrospective analysis the recurrence factor after marsupialization in mandibular ameloblastoma. Results: 45 patients with mandibular ameloblastoma was admit ed and treated by marsupialization. The recurrence data after a fol ow-up period of 1-5 years were evaluated. 5 cases recurred, the recurrence rate was 11.11%. Al 5 cases were multiple cystic ameloblastoma, in which lingual bone cortex of 4 cases was invaded and the tumor was found in lingual soft tissue, inflamed cel s was found pathological y in 4 cases. 3 cases undergo second marsupialization and recurred again, but never recurred after bone resection. Conclusion:Conservative treatment of marsupialization was found to be a feasible, minimal y invasive, and ef ective way as treatment for mandibular ameloblastoma. But operation indication needs to be careful y control ed. Bone resection was recommended treatment after recurrence.关键词
