Abstract
To establish a method for determination the assay of Loratadine Tablets, use HPLC with the column of L7,4.6×150mm,5?m;0.01 M Dibasic potassium phosphate-methanol-acetonitrile (7:6:6) , Adjust with 10% phosphoric acid solution to an apparent pH of 7.2 as Mobile phase;and 254nm as detection wavelength.Use external standard method to calculate the assay of Loratadine Tablets. Peak area and concentration presents good linearity in experimental range, the correlation coef icient is 0.9998, the average recovery is 100.4%(n=9),RSD is 0.9%.The method has a good specificity, reproducibility, accurancy and high sensitivity, can use to determination the assay of Loratadine Tablets.关键词
