Abstract
Objective clinical features and imaging analysis of pulmonary tuberculosis with lung cancer characteristics and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis with lung cancer, to improve the diagnostic rate and optimal therapeutic regimen. Methods:retrospective analysis of the clinical treatment of 14 cases of lung cancer complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital. Result:10 cases of patients with adenocarcinoma of 14 cases in (71.4%), 4 cases of squamous cel carcinoma (28.6%), using standard anti-tuberculosis therapy and chemotherapy, operation and radiotherapy were not taken, the active pulmonary tuberculosis and lung cancer and diagnosis of 4 cases (28.6%), first diagnosed with lung cancer chemotherapy 1~2 weeks period also diagnosed with tuberculosis in 2 patients cases (14.2%). First diagnosed as tuberculosis were regular anti-tuberculosis treatment 1~2 months because of poor ef icacy for further examination and diagnosed with lung cancer in 8 patients (57.2%), the mean survival period of 32 weeks. Conclusion:lung cancer complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis in patients with clinical manifestations had no obvious specificity, easy misdiagnosis, the treatment process of adverse reaction increased, prognosis dif erence, both to bring certain dif iculty to diagnosis and treatment, clinicians should be vigilant.关键词
