Abstract
Objective: To improve ulcerative colitis, ulcerative colitis cure and reduce the recurrence rate. Methods: According to the principles of traditional Chinese medicine divided the 60 cases of ulcerative colitis treatment group into 4 types, respectively, using dif erent internal medicine, moxibustion and acupoints based thermal retention enema, supplemented by antibiotics, hormones and other Western SASP treatment, the control group given to 60 patients with ulcerative colitis in western medicine. Results: 14 patients were cured, ef ective in 21 cases, improved in 16 cases, 9 cases, the total ef iciency of 85%, withdrawal 1 year fol ow-up, 3 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate of 8.33%. Control group, 6 cases were cured, 12 cases markedly improved and 21 cases, 21 cases inef ective, the total ef ective rate was 65%, withdrawal 1 year fol ow-up, recurrence in 6 cases. Significantly between the two was statistical y significant, P <0.05. Conclusion: Integrative treatment of ulcerative colitis achieved good ef icacy, reducing the recurrence rate.关键词
