Abstract
Objective To evaluate the feasibility and significance of problem based learning (PBL)in Neurology internship. Methods Based on the features of PBL pat ern and clinical internship learning,teaching program has been designed and practiced. Teaching ef ectiveness was evaluated with a questionnaire and an ability examination. Results Students who participated in PBL were in a dominant position and were more active in the learning process. The PBL pat ern could contribute to fostering and enhancing their clinical thinking. Conclusion The PBL pat ern used in the Neurology internship has advantages and supplement of the shortage concerning traditional teaching pat ern,which are applicable in modern medical teaching practice.关键词
