摘要
Abstract
Objective To further improve pediatric laparoscopic hernia hand skil s, reduce complications and recurrence probability. Methods:In this study, we would choose the inguinal hernia and hydrocele patients 326 cases as investigated subject who were treated in our hospital from January 2010 to April 2013 period . Studied were under epidural anesthesia in laparoscopic ligation,and observed surgery situation and prognosis situation. Results:326 cases were al successful, the operation time of about 8 to 20 minutes, an average time was 15 minutes. Had found and deal with the occult contralateral latent hernia 50 cases in surgery. 3 cases of recurrence, scrotal emphysema 4, scrotal hydrocele three cases. Conclusions:laparoscopic ligation surgery is a safe surgical methods, which can deal with the present and occult contralateral hernia, is worth promoting.关键词
