Abstract
Objective To explore the clinic-pathological characteristics,biological characteristics and axil ary lymph nodes metastasis routine of young patients with breast cancer and improve diagnosis and treatment. Methods The 252 cases which were treated and confirmed breast cancer by biopsy at the tumor,s hospital af iliated Xinxiang autonomic area in the period of From 2006,Jan to 2012,Oct were col ected. The clinic- biological characteristics,such as age range、clinical stage、tumor sizepathaloical type and C-erbB-2、ER、PR status of the cases and their correlation between the metastasis of axil ary lymph nodes were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were 8.27% (252/3048)of young patients among al breast cancer cases col ected during the same period. Of the young patients ,93.65%(236/252) were invasive cancer. Axil ary Lymph nodes metastasis rate were found in 63.89%(161/252)of the young patients. The positive rates of ER、PR、C-erbB-2 in young patients were 46.19%(97/210),47.61%(100/210)and 35.43% (73/206) respectively. The cases of tumor size>2㎝ had a high axil ary lymph nodes metastasis rate than the group of tumor size≤2㎝ (P<0.05). the percentage of stageⅠ~Ⅱand stageⅢ~Ⅳwas 45.24%(114/252)and 54.76%(138/252) respectively. the statistic analysis indicated that, there was a correlation between the axil ary Lymph nodes metastasis rate and the tumor stage, the more late the tumor stage,the more high axil ary Lymph nodes metastasis rate (P=0.00);Also there was a correlation between the C-erbB-2 status and the axil ary Lymph nodes metastasis rate, the more positive C-erbB-2 rate ,the more high axil ary Lymph nodes metastasis rate (P<0.01);but there were no significant correlation between the positive rates of ER,PR with the axil ary lymph nodes metastasis rate (P>0.05). Conclusion 1)Breast cancer in young women had high histological grade,the parameter of strong invasion,pathological types were mainly invasive cancer. 2)there was a correlation between the tumor size 、tumor stage and C-erbB-2 with axil ary Lymph nodes metastasis of Breast cancer in young women. 3) there were no significant correlation between the status of ER,PR with the axil ary lymph nodes metastasis of Breast cancer in young women.关键词
