护理干预对围绝经期妇女远期生活质量的影响
The Impact of Nursing Intervention on the Long-Term Life Quality of Perimenopausal Women

Abstract
Objective to investigate the impact of nursing intervention on the long-term life quality of perimenopausal women. Method we choose a sample of 80 perimenopausal women and randomly divide them into the control group (40 cases) and the observing group (40 cases), with regular promotion and guidance, and healthy teaching according to individual's condition, respectively. Then, on the time point of 1 year later and 2 years later, using the WHOQOL-BREF (i.e. Quality of life for the determination of the amount of simple table), we mark and record the life quality of preimenopausal women in these 2 groups. Result After 1 year and 2 years respecitively, through comparisons between these two groups, the total life quality of observing groups are apparently higher than that of control groups and their dif erences are significant (P<0.01 after 1 year, P<0.001 after 2 years). Conclusion the healthy guidance we gave to these perimenopausal women according to individual's condition can ensure their compliance and significantly reduce the probability of fracture's occurrence, which greatly enhances the long-term life quality of perimenopausal women.关键词
