Abstract
Objective: To observe the badly worn dentition analysis edentulous patients with clinical observation restorative treatment. Methods: Our hospitals from March 2011 to March 2012 were treated badly worn dentition accompanied edentulous patients with a total 134 cases. Selected patients using jaw reconstruction repair treatment. Results: Patients at the end of jaw reconstruction for patients after permanent pronunciation, appearance and chewing function etc to get significant changes that can restore some chewing function. The reconstruction of the jaw in patients with permanent satisfaction after repair was 92.1%complication rate was 8.21%. Conclusion:For patients with severely worn dentition and accompanied edentulous jaw reconstruction for patients with satisfactory results can be achieved, bet er able to restore the patient's chewing function also has the aesthetic ef ect.关键词
