Abstract
Objective Compare the detection of serum Hepetitis B virus markers (serum HBsAg, HBsAb, HBeAg, HBeAb and HBcAb) by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA). Methods Serum samples of two hundreds outpatients in our infection department were col ected. Each sample were detected by ELISA and CLIA analysis, the data were statistical y analyzed with chi-square tests. Results The value of HBsAg, HBsAb, HBeAg, HBeAb and HBcAb was 0.25ng/ml, 9.8mIU/ml, 0.1Ncu/ml, 1Ncu/ml and 0.6 Ncu/ml, respectively, al significantly higher than the value detected by CLIA. The positive rate by CLIA was lower than ELISA. Conclusion The quantitative analyze of HBV-M by CLIA has a high sensitivity than ELISA, which indicated a bet er guiding significance of CLIA in clinical.关键词
