Abstract
Objective To make sure what are the tumour patients' service needs during their hospitalization and to provide the basis for strengthening implementation of empathy concept in department of oncology. Methods Our technical of ice designing a questionnaire and conducting a survey of 120 cases of tumour patients in the department of oncology. Results The application of empathy not only meets the needs of the tumour patients' being understood, but also improves the personal quality of the nursing staf . Conclusion There's a very high demand for humane care from the tumour patients during their hospitalization (Those who got 90 points or more in the Observer Group account for 67.74%, which is much higher than the Control group's 39.66%), therefore, nurses should further strengthen the concept of empathy in tumour patients.关键词
