Abstract
Objective: In order to grasp the current status of immunization of floating children in Dengfeng street, analysis the factors af ected vaccination rate of floating children, provide a scientific basis of immunization programs management for floating children. Methods: Typical sampling method was used to investigate 980 floating children's parents, survey includes basic information for children and parents, vaccination status and the reasons for non-inoculated. Results: Single vaccine inoculation rate was 90.20%~99.76%, "six seedlings" ful vaccination rate was 88.43%, Failure or untimely to immunize children of the top three reasons were: "Do not know the time and place of vaccination", "home address is too far from the point of vaccination", "time vaccination conflicts with parents to work just in time." ,Logistic regression analysis showed that childhood vaccination factors include: maternal education level, household monthly income, parents of children and families from the knowledge scores immunization inoculation point distance are factors af ected vaccination rate of floating children. Conclusion: Should increase education ef orts of Immunization knowledge, got government's at ention and strengthening cooperation between departments, to improve the floating children vaccination rate.关键词
