摘要
Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the therapeutic ef ect of minimal y invasive surgery on massive intracerebralhemorrhage in patients. Methods 72 patients with massive intracerebral hemorrhage (hemorrhage>40ml) were treated with YL-1 type dril apparatus under CT groupcontrol,and the scores of modified Edinburgh-Scandinavia storkescale (MESSS) and Barthel index (BI) were evaluated before and after treatment. Results The scores of MESSS and BI in two groups improved obviously after treatment of 30days (P<0.01), but they were improved more significantly in treatment group than those of the control ( P<0.01). The improving rate and the total ef ectiveness rate of treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control (P<0.01 or P<0.05) . Conclusion Minimal y invasive surgery is an ef ective therapy for patients with massive intracerebralhelorrhage.关键词
