妊娠糖尿病妇女糖化血红蛋白测定的临床探讨OA

目的探讨糖化血红蛋白在妊娠妇女中的检测妊娠糖尿病（GDM）筛查符合率。方法妊娠糖尿病患者的空腹血糖、餐后30min、60min、90min、120min、150min、180min以及甲状腺功能、血常规检测。结果 GDM孕妇在空腹血糖餐后1h血糖、2h血糖与正常妊娠组比较明显的升高，两者具有差异（P＜0.05），GDM孕妇HbA1c与正常孕妇之间无明显差异P>0.05。GDM孕妇测定HbA1c与空腹血糖和餐后1h血糖具有相关性，但与餐后2h…查看全部>>
Objective To investigate glycosylated screening compliance rate of Gestational diabetes mel itus (GDM) by testing glycated hemoglobin in pregnant women.
