Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing of percutaneous vertebroplasty operation in treatment of elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Method In 26 cases of elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral fracture with percutaneous vertebroplasty operation, psychological nursing before the operation, prevention of complications after operation, and rehabilitation guidance, nursing measures. Results The pain was relieved in 26 patients, patients with no complications. After the operation, the quality of life of the patients improved. At the same time also improved relations, doctors, nurses, patients, and improve the quality of care and nursing satisfaction. Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty in treatment of osteoporotic fracture operation, good curative ef ect, short time, can improve the life quality of patients. The key to the success of operation, good nursing before operation, nursing after operation at the same time.关键词
