摘要
Abstract
MicroRNAs are about 22-nucleotides-long non-coding RNAs. They play a key role in neuronal development, dif erentiation, and synaptic plasticity. Increasing number of evidence indicates that miRNAs can regulate the expression of BACE1. The expression of miRNA changes in Alzheimer's disease and its abnormal expression maybe related to the Alzheimer's disease in many aspects, especial y through regulating BACE1.关键词
