摘要
Abstract
Ulcerative colitis (UC) is the rectum, colon an unknown etiology for nonspecific inflammatory bowel disease, and may be associated with genetic, food al ergy, infection, autoimmune, depression and anxiety and other factors, in recent years, cytokines (especial y IL-1, IL-5, IL-6, IL-8 and tumor necrosis factor, interferon) it has been in ulcerative colitis, provides physiological and pathological basis for the application of monoclonal antibody in clinic. Severe ulcerative colitis lesions involving the whole colon, systemic symptom is apparent, can be complicated by toxic dilatation of the colon and carcinoma. A serious threat to human health and quality of life.关键词
