Abstract
Objective Discusses the application of comfortable nursing in the perioperative period in obese pregnant women. Methods 100 cases obese pregnant women were randomly divided into two groups, observation group (n=50) and control group (n=50). Two groups were given conventional nursing care,observation group based on conventional nursing care to give comfortable nursing.Observe the pain ,anxiety, depression score and incidence rate of the two groups pregnant women;observe the comfort evaluation, postoperative recovery, postoperative complicationsduring and breast-feeding situation. Results Observation group,the pain ,anxiety, depression score and incidence rate lower than the control group, Prevention group, the incidence of gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients with significantly lower than the control group, Maternal comfort,Breastfeeding rates exceed the control group,dif erences are statistical y significant (p<0.05).The control group has a bad case of wound healing,need to secondary suture.The rest of the complications in the two groups did not happen. Conclusion Comfortable nursing applied in obese pregnant women a perioperative clinical nursing service,can ef ectively reduce the degree of postoperative pain,Improving maternal comfort and breastfeeding rates,deserve the clinical expansion.关键词
