摘要
Abstract
Objective: To analyze the hemodynamic ef ect of sufentanil and fentanyl in elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods: 202 cases of elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy between Oct. 2010 and Oct. 2012 were divided radomly into A group (100 cases) and B group (102 cases). A group received fentanyl intravenous anesthesia and B group recived sufentanil intravenous anesthesia. The anesthetic ef ect was compared. Results: The diastolic blood pressure, the systolic blood pressure and the heart rate were compared between the two groups, but there had no significant dif erence, so they were not statistical y significant (P<0.05). The diastolic blood pressure, the systolic blood pressure and the heart rate of the patients after indution, after intubation, after skin incision and the abdomen in the B group were statistical y significant (P<0.05). The patients in the two groups didn't occur any severe adverse reaction caused by the anesthesitic drug. Conclusion: For elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy, sufentanil intravenous anesthesia has lit le ef ect to the hemodynamics. The vital signs are more stable, and the safty of the surgery is improved. Therfore, it is of great clinical value and significance for the anesthesia of elderly patients.关键词
