Effects of Community Comprehensive Management of Patients with Serious Mental Illness Rehabilitation and Trouble-making

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the comprehensive management of community intervention on patients with serious mental il ness prevention and rehabilitation. Methods: Targeted selected 400 cases of psychiatric patients for drug intervention, psychological intervention, work treatment, home care and other integrated community rehabilitation, comparatively analyzed the health status, implementation rate of medication, ability to work and quality of life before and after the intervention. Results:the comprehensive management of communityintervention, patients to improve the rate increased from 16.50% to 44.25% (P<0.05); patients taking the implementation rate from 31.50%to 88.50% (P<0.05);patients with the rising of labor force from 12.75% before the intervention was 34.25% (P<0.05); high risk accidentrate from stem pre decreased to 0% (3.75% P<0.05);after the intervention, the quality of life of the patients was significantly higher than that before the intervention level (P<0.05). Conclusion: the comprehensive management of community intervention can improve and control the disease in patients with severe mental disease, an important role on improving the working ability of patients and theaccident rate.关键词
