摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the blood uric acid level、carotid artery intima-media thickness (cIMT) and the prevalence rate of atherosclerotic between Uygur and Han nationality patients with coronary heart disease. Method Carotid ultrasound was performed in 80 Uygur、80 Han nationality patients and 80 normal controls who had been diagnosed by coronary angiogrophy,then the cIMT、the prevalence rate of atherosclerotic and blood uric acid level were compared. Result The blood uric acid level、the cIMT and prevalence rate of atherosclerotic of Uygur and Han nationality patients were higher than the normal control group (P<0.05),but there were no significant dif erences between Uygur and Han nationality patients(P>0.05);Conclusion There were positive correlations of blood uric acid level with carotid arterial atherosclerosis plaquess in coronary heart disease patients, The degree of carotid arteries atherosclerosis may be reflected by blood uric acid level in CHD patients.关键词
