Abstract
Objective To study the interventional treatment of complications and prevention Budd-Chiari syndrome. Methods To record the interventional therapy Budd-Chiari syndrome in 6 cases of complication and treatment. Results 4 cases of inferior vena cava hemorrhage and 2 cases of patients with cardiac tamponade after corresponding measures have been promptly taken or emergency operation were recovered. Conclusion Interventional therapy,the cloth with syndrome by catheter puncture to prevent puncture inferior vena cava and right atrium.Vena cava with more fresh blood clots,in before the corresponding processing for thrombosis should be taboo to intervene. Active treatment of complications.关键词
