Abstract
Objective Analysis on Maternal and neonatal outcomes of hands-and-knees position during labour. Methods A total of 120 primiparae from January 2014 to December 2014 were assigned into study group (n=60cases)and control group (n=60 cases). The study group lied on hands-and knees while the control group lied on back during labour.laboring process, perineal lacerations, incision of lateral episiotomy, postpartum hemor hage, postpartum retention of urine, neonatal asphyxia rates were observed. Results The study group showed shorter the second stage of labour, lighter perineum episiotomy, less postpartum retention of urine ( <0.05).There was no significant dif erenece in postpartum hemor hage>250mL and neonatal asphyxia. Conclusion On hands-and-knees can help to shorten the second stage of labor, and decrease postpartum retention of urine without increasing neonatal asphyxia, thus it is worth for application in clinical work.关键词
