Effects Comparison between Low Molecular Heparin and Rivaroxaban in Hidden Blood Loss after the Operation of Femoral Neck Fracture in the Elderly

Abstract
Objective To compare the ef ects of low molecular heparin and rivaroxaban in hidden blood loss after the operation of femoral neck fracture in the elderly. Methods We retrospectively studied 65 patients with femoral neck fracture in the elderly treated with total hip arthroplasty (THA) between January 2010 and June 2014, 34 were assigned into the observation group of rivaroxaban and 31 into the control group of low molecular heparin, calculated the hidden blood in both groups by observing the total blood loss and dominant blood loss after operation. Results The total blood loss was(715.7±192.6)ml, the dominant blood loss was(251.5±84.3)ml, the hidden blood was(464.2±134.5)ml in group of low molecular heparin, and there was (600.4±203.8)ml of total blood loss and (242.6±95.4)ml of dominant blood loss and (357.8±115.2)ml of hidden blood loss in group of rivaroxaban , the dif erence was significant ( <0.05). Conclusion The ef ect of rivaroxaban on hidden blood after THA treatment for femoral neck fractures in the elderly was lit le than low molecular heparin.关键词
