Abstract
Objective To explore repair ef ect of the telescope crown cover denture for the elderly dentition defect and the ef ect of abutment teeth health. Methods Choose 10 cases of elderly patients with dentition defect treated in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2011 were as the research object, al patients were performed the telescope crown cover denture repair, fol owing-up two years. Results After treatment, 10 cases with mastication ef ect is obvious ascension, loose teeth have also improved, clinical satisfaction rate is higher. Conclusion The telescope crown cover denture for the elderly dentition defect has good clinical ef ect, which can promote the patient's chewing ability, improve the degree of loose teeth.关键词
