Abstract
Objective To investigate the causes of medical disputes after surgical operation and preventive measures. Methods In our hospital from 2000 to 2013 during the medical disputes after surgical operation of 20 pieces of integration, processing, analysis, demonstration, development of preventive measures. Results The surgeon awareness enhancement in occupation, consciously take preventive measures. Conclusion Before the operation, the doctor put the limitation of operation method, operation risk, operation ef ect, the operation measures and possible complications, communication with patients and families in the implementation of pre operation, let them understand the medical information before making a decision. When there are not satisfied with the results, the patient and family can understand and cor ectly deal with.关键词
