摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the ef ect of intrahepatic cholestasis in pregnancy on neonatal. Methods 120 cases of pregnant women with intrahepatic cholestasis in pregnancy from January 2010 to December 2014 in our hospital as observation group, 120 cases with document delivery as control group, to observe the prognosis of pregnant women and neonates between two groups. Results Patients of two groups had a smooth delivery,maternal and neonatal al survived. Postpartum hemor hage and incidence of gestational hypertension disease were significantly higher than that control group ( <0.05). Neonatal asphyxia,caesarean section and incidence of premature were significantly higher than that control group ( <0.05). Conclusion Intrahepatic cholestasis in pregnancy can make newborn bad prognosis, increase asphyxia incidence of preterm birth and neonatal, it need to strengthen the intervention,so as to improve maternal and neonatal outcomes.关键词
