Abstract
Objective To compare the value of conventional sequence combined with LAVA enhanced scan technique and conventional sequence combined with DWI in preoperative assessment and staging of endometrial cancer. Methods Data of 45 patients with endometrial cancer proved by postoperative pathology were retrospectively reviewed. The preoperative magnetic resonance imaging including T1WI FSE、T2WI-fs FSE and LAVA-flex enhanced scan technique,DWI (b=0 and 700s/mm2)to describe tumor infiltration depth and range, and the results were compared with those of pathology. Results Among the 45 cases, 1 case of missed diagnosis. The accuracy of conventional sequence combined with LAVA enhanced scan technique imaging in detecting neoplasm invasiveness was 88.6%(39/44),of conventional sequence combined with DWI was 72.7%(32/44). Conclusion In preoperative assessment and staging of endometrial cancer, conventional sequence combined with LAVA enhanced scan technique has higher accuracy than conventional sequence combined with DWI.关键词
