摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the nursing in our hospital patients with cholecystectomy postoperative complications.Methods During the period of 2012 April to 2015 April selection in 40 patients with cholecystectomy in our hospital as the research object,close observation of 40 cases of patients in the postoperative nursing work,scientific,reasonable,timely on postoperative complications of patients,reduce the complications of patients caused by the pain.Results 40 cases of postoperative cholecystectomy patients had biliary tract infection in 1 cases,2cases of incision infection,2 cases of nausea and vomiting,2 cases of constipation,1 cases of shoulder pain,give careful nursing of patients,40 patients were cured.Conclusion Cholecystectomy patients may have a chance of infection,nausea and vomiting and other complications after operation,through the implementation of scientific and careful nursing work can ef ectively relieve discomfort, shorten the hospitalization time.关键词
