摘要
Abstract
The shaft fracture shares common treatment in many ways,and ordinary steel intramedul ary nail fixation failure cases more,were treated in our hospital 118 cases of femoral shaft fractures in patients from June 2001 to October 2014,using interlocking intramedul ary nailing for femoral shaft fractures 118 cases,the experience of this group of patients by retrospective analysis,review and evaluation of interlocking intramedul ary nailing for femoral shaft fractures,its broad indications,trauma,good fixation stability,good resistance to rotation,compression ef ect,in line with biology,fixed basic principles,with their fixed,the maximum extent to save the fracture of adjacent-of function,physical function and rapid recovery.关键词
