Abstract
The ability training quality is the core of higher education, graduate student comprehensive quality is the embodiment of the quality of postgraduate cultivation. In order to elevate comprehensive abilities to improve comprehensive quality cultivating of medical graduate students, a lot of researches have been carried out. Staring from the practice of medical disciplines, according to dif erent majors, individualized teaching and training, making the energy of graduate students into ful play;Set ing up and improving the graduate students teaching, scientific research and education mode of clinical aspects system training, that graduate students can obtain more comprehensive employment choice; Reforming teaching methods of graduate student cur iculum, training the graduate student's innovative thinking;Making ful use of favorable conditions, opening laboratory al time to improve the graduate student's practical ability.
