Abstract
Objective To explore the ef ect of psychological nursing intervention applied in surgical operation of patients in nursing work.Methods A total of 120 cases of patients with surgical operation,divided into control group and study group,the control group was given routine nursing program,study group psychological nursing intervention based on routine nursing,and the patients were fol owed up for 3 months,compared two groups of patients with the observed indicators and changes in the study group nursing index changes before and after the intervention.Results The research group of tension,fear,anxiety and insomnia patients were significantly less than control group,compliance rate reached 91.67%,68.33% higher than the control group.In addition,the research group of nursing satisfaction was 100%,the control group was 76.7%,the dif erence was statistical y significant, <0.05.Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention is conducive to the stability of the patient's mood,relieve anxiety symptoms,improve clinical ef icacy,worthy of clinical reference.关键词
