Abstract
Objective To investigate the relation of BNP and 6-MWT in CHF,Analysis the value of BNP and 6-MWT for evaluation heart function.Methods BNP level and 6-MWT were determinated in 84 CHF patients.Results Increased heart function classification, the BNP value increased gradual y (P<0.05). And 6-smal MWT numerical gradual y reduce (P<0.05). Cor elation analysis showed that 6 MWT distance and negatively correlated with blood BNP level.Conclusion 6-MWT and BNP levels might important parameter in assessing heart function in patients with CHF.关键词
