Abstract
Objective To explore the normal childbirth perineal evaluation in the choice of perineum protection method in guiding significance. Methods Selected January 2013 ~2014 years 1 month police Xinjiang Corps Hospital, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology vaginal delivery of primipara 170 cases, by assessing maternal perineal elastic, perineal body length, maternal with degree respectively, the implementation of the protection of perineum and perineal resection, including 60 cases of perineal care delivery success, perineal cut delivery 110 cases. Results Ef ective reduction of the implementation of the perineal side incision, reduce maternal injury.
