摘要

Abstract

Through the investigation and interview of township hospital in Zhejiang Province, and analysis of the existing problems of its human resources.Such as qualitative shortage of the total amount, ir ational structure, the lower grade of professional skil s of medical technicians, the problem of brain drain phenomenon etc.Suggestion the government should display the leading role,increase investment,increases the proportion of nurses in township hospital,construction of occupation training mechanism,at ract new talents at the grass-roots level,strengthen the construction of health talent team.
