Abstract
Objective To analysis of perioperative nursing in patients with appendicitis surgery application ef ect. Methods From September 2013 to September 2014 were patients with surgical treatment of 48 cases of appendix, randomly divided into 2 groups, each group 24 cases, control group to perioperative routine nursing care, observation group on the basis of conventional nursing gives comprehensive nursing, comparative analysis of two groups patients clinical curative ef ect and complications, length of hospital stay, nursing satisfaction. Results The analysis of complications, length of hospital stay and nursing satisfaction, there are dif erences between the control group and observation group data, with statistical significance. Conclusion Appendicitis surgery patients' perioperative nursing intervention, the risk can ef ectively reduce the complications, and help patients recover at an early date, improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
