关节镜下钢丝固定治疗后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折的临床疗效OA
Anatomic Fixation Under Athroscopy for Posterior Cruciate Ligament Tibial Avulsion Fractures Using Kirschnerwires
目的：探讨关节镜下钢丝解剖固定治疗后交叉韧带( PCL)胫骨止点撕脱骨折的临床疗效。方法2012年1月~2013年1月对20例后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折患者行关节镜下钢丝解剖固定,其中男14例,女6例；年龄19~35岁(平均27岁)；左膝9例,右膝11例。8例为运动伤,12例为车祸伤。所有患者均有不程度的膝关节疼痛、肿胀、活动受限,后抽屉试验及重力实验阳性,术前X射线片、MRI检查可见胫骨髁间窝后方撕脱骨折块。全部行关节镜下钢丝固定骨折块治疗。术…查看全部>>
