摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the ef ect of comprehensive nursing care on elderly patients with high blood pressure and blood pressure complications. Methods Elderly patients with hypertension diagnosed by our hospital were divided into research group and control group, 128 cases in each, the research group were given nursing intervention, control group were given high blood pressure routine care. Comparing the blood pressure levels and hypertension complications of the two groups when admission and discharge. Results When admission, systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure levels of the two groups have no statistical significance ( ﹥0.05), discharge systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure level dif erence between the research group and the control group were statistical y significant ( <0.05);Research group and control group in hypertension complications dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can obviously improve the old patients with high blood pressure, blood pressure levels, and reduce the incidence of complications of hypertension.关键词
